How to Buy a Painting.

I want to make buying a painting easy. 

Choose your painting and then, drop me an email letting me know the name of the piece you are interested in and I will arrange invoice via Stripe and delivery using Royal Mail or parcel carrier.  Post and packing is not included in the price quoted for paintings and I will let you know the cost before sending you the invoice.

Prints can be purchased directly from my webshop using Paypal.

Studio Visits

It is possible to arrange a visit to my studio, or, if you are local to Buxton I can bring the painting to you so that you can see it in place before making a purchase. Studio appointments are available throughout the year.  Just give me a call or drop me an email to arrange. Not currently available due to lockdown.

Here are my terms for buying directly from me.

Payment

Payment is via stripe invoice. Your order will be dispatched once payment has cleared and that you have been notified that your order has been accepted.

Delivery

I will aim to have the goods arrive within 10 days of order confirmation, but please allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery.  Using either Royal Mail, or a parcel carrier artworks are insured for loss and not damage. In the case of accidental damage during transit I will:

If the damage is to the frame only I am happy to reimburse the cost of original framing so that you can have the frame replaced locally.
If the damage is to the artwork itself I will issue a full refund once the painting has been returned to me. 

We can deliver overseas, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Cancellation/Refunds

Due to the Covid pandemic I am offering an extended returns policy.

You may cancel your order for any reason up to 28 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Please send notice of cancellation to me by email and securely wrap and package the goods before shipping, either in the original packaging or a similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase (e.g. paypal refund, cheque etc.).
