And Thank You
It’s been an amazing few weeks. Thank you for making the experience of teaching and running this course such an enjoyable and fun time. I hope that when you look at the art you have made over the past ten weeks you feel filled with a sense of pride and achievement, you have all made some amazing work. One of the most enjoyable aspects of the programme for me has been having the opportunity to get to know you and your work personally and as a result of that to be able to offer individual feedback and support.
Now the course has finished, you may want to focus on consolidating all you have learned. You may wish to go back and revisit sections, to reflect and deepen your understanding. You will probably still have questions. There may be topics to dive into more deeply and areas to reflect on and consider, the practice of being an artist does not stop and is one of lifelong learning and development. You may need time to allow what you have learnt to integrate and settle. And there is also the important task of celebrating how your art has developed and changed and all the new things you have tried, enjoyed and used. And if you haven’t already done so, there is still the opportunity to access your free half-hour coaching session with me, and this is available up to the 1st of October.
In the spirit of supporting your continued reflective art practice, I have included a final PDF for you to use if you would like to spend some time thinking about the ending of the course, your goals from when you began and what you are going away with. I have extended access one to one coaching at the course bonus price of £40 for an hour as well as benefit from the discounts on the demonstration paintings, prints and cards for a few more weeks.
Finally, I want to thank you again for being a great group to work with. I have very much enjoyed being a part of your learning for the last ten weeks, and I wish you all well as you continue in your artist journey.
