Open Studios November 2020

Patience is a Virtue

The Online Open Studio

Friday 6th: 5pm until 8pm

Saturday 7th: 10am until 7pm

Please join me online for my Open Studio in November, from my home gallery in Buxton, Derbyshire in the north of England. I will be online on Friday evening between 5pm and 8pm and all day Saturday between 10am and 7pm. For people outside of the UK here’s a handy time converter to check times for your region. My timezone is GMT.

Click here to register. for the online studio.

You will be able to join me at any point during these times and are welcome to stay for as long or as short a time as you’d like. A quick 10 minute “hello” or a longer visit, maybe with your coffee for some arty chat or joining me as I work on a painting.

I will be showing recent paintings completed this year in my home gallery space which is on the ground floor of my house. I will also be showing some of my older work, colour studies and prints. I will be chatting about the work, my inspiration and art practice and answering questions. I will also be working live in my upstairs studio for some of the time.

Joining me on line using Zoom you can see my paintings and have fun talking art from the comfort of your own home. I’m using a simple online booking system so that I have an approximate idea of how many people might be joining me and so that I have a simple way to let you know all the details and how to join on the day. You can click here to register now. If you’ve not used Zoom all the information on how to download Zoom and get on line is in the booking confirmation.

The In Person Open Studio

Sunday 8th November: 10am until 5pm.

On Sunday I will be open from 10am until 5pm and you are welcome to join me in person where you can come to my home gallery in Buxton, Derbyshire and see the new work from this year in person along with older paintings, works on paper and prints and cards. It would be lovely to see people in real life and chat about my work, inspiration and art practice and answer your questions. Due to need to maintain social distancing I am asking people to register a timeslot for their visit so that we can all stay safe. Click here to register for details and my full address.

To keep us safe and respond to Covid I have put the following in place for my in person open studio.

I’m asking people to book a time slot so that I can mange the visitor numbers and ensure that we can maintain social distancing.
